Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Creaming together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add in the flour and mix until just combined; do not over-mix.
- Fold in the Fruity Pebbles gently to maintain their crunch.
- Drop tablespoon-sized mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden but the centers remain soft. Allow them to cool slightly before frosting.
Notes
