- 2 slices of bread
- 2 ounces of cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 tablespoons of buffalo sauce
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions
- Mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well-coated.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread generously.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Layer with one slice of cheddar cheese, followed by the buffalo chicken mixture, and top it with another slice of cheddar cheese.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Grill until golden brown and the cheeses are melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Slice the sandwich in half to reveal the cheesy goodness and serve warm.
