- 1 cup milk

Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Whisk the wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
- Combine the mixtures: Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just mixed.

- Fry the beignets: Drop the batter by spoonfuls into the hot oil, frying until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
